Jonny is a highly experienced Training Captain and CRM Trainer and has worked in many areas of the aviation industry. With more than 27 years’ experience he is dedicated to the development of his candidates and approaches training with passion and empathy. Specialising in training of airline crews worldwide, bespoke Crew Resource Management courses, CRMT training & assessment, coaching & mentoring.
Former Army Major and Fleet Manager, Mark is licensed to fly Boeing 747 & 757/767 series aircraft. He holds an EASA TRE and TRI qualification and has over 20 years of experience in aviation, both management and training with over 11,000 flight hours experience.
John has held Fleet Management, Training Management and Chief Pilot roles in three airlines, and has instructed on the F27, Bae 146, F100, B737 and B787. He is currently an Examiner on the B757/767.
After gaining his gliding wings at age 16, and his PPL at age 17 (with much thanks to the Air Training Corps) Tim served in the RAF as a pilot for 20 years. He joined commercial aviation in 1997. Tim was Head of Training at MyTravel and then Thomas Cook where he flew the B757/767/A320 and A330. Tim has retained his qualifications as a TRI and TRE on these types and has been a Senior Examiner since 2009. He has nearly 50 years of aviation experience.

Joy has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry in retail management, spending 22 of those years working for Thomas Cook. With her vast experience in across travel and aviation, Joy is responsible for all scheduling and training requirements. Joy handles all the Training Schedules, Licence’s, and Administration. Joy is responsible for managing the induction of all new Pilots and the smooth running of all aspects of training. Also new client boarding.

Caroline is also responsible for managing the smooth running of all aspects of training along with compliant training records. Caroline is designated as the person responsible to the UK_CAA in respect of the functions which are subject to regulation and carried out by Aircrew Direct.com as a UK Approved Training organisation.

Designated as a Flight Operations Expert by the ICAO, Jim’s aviation career covers fifty years of flying as a pilot and in numerous management positions in the USA and Europe. He has held positions as Head of Training and Managing Director for an ATO under EASA and GCAA and Operations Manager and Director of Training in the US. Additionally, Jim held EASA TRI/TRE qualifications and FAA TCE/TCI (Training Centre Evaluator and Training Centre Instructor) for Boeing Training for a simulator training centre.

Mousas has been in aviation industry for 40 years and held various managerial positions with airlines including Flight Operations manager in start-up airlines. He has previously flown the A320, B757/767, MD80, DC-10, FOKKER-100, B737CL, B727, B747-200/300 and ATR72 and is an active TRI/TRE A320.
Former Head of training for several major UK airlines, Sam is licensed to fly B747, B757 & 767 and MD80. Sam holds an EASA Examiners qualification TRE and TRI (A) and has 35 years of experience in aviation, both in training and management, with 17,000 flight hours experience. Sam is the Founder of Aircrew Direct.com.
