With more than 27 years’ experience he is dedicated to the development of his candidates and approaches training with passion and empathy. Specialising in training of airline crews worldwide, bespoke Crew Resource Management courses, CRMT training & assessment, coaching & mentoring.
John has held Fleet Management, Training Management and Chief Pilot roles in three airlines, and has instructed on the F27, Bae 146, F100, B737 and B787. He is currently an Examiner on the B757/767.
Hannah has over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry in retail management, spending her time with numerous large Tour Operators. With her vast experience in travel and aviation, Hannah completes the scheduling and training requirements, pilot records and administrative records.
Joy has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry in retail management, spending 22 of those years working for Thomas Cook. With her vast experience in across travel and aviation, Joy is responsible for all scheduling and training requirements. Joy handles all the Training Schedules, Licence’s, and Administration. Joy is responsible for managing the induction of all new Pilots and the smooth running of all aspects of training. Also new client boarding.
In a flying, training, examining & management career spanning 40 years, Sam’s flying assignments have ranged from Flying Instructor, Turboprop First Officer, DC10 Captain, Post Holder VP Ops of a VIP airline, with various Post Holder, management, training, examining & general flying roles along the way.
He has gained invaluable international experience, in challenging environments in 5 continents, in a variety of short, medium, long haul, wide & narrow body, schedule, charter & VVIP operations, accepting many cultures & customs, exercising diplomacy & overcoming obstacles along the way, whilst all the time espousing the value of multi-crew co-operation & the use of SOPs in the pursuit of the ultimate goal of safety.
Former Army Major and Fleet Manager, Mark is licensed to fly Boeing 747 & 757/767 series aircraft. He holds an EASA TRE and TRI qualification and has over 20 years of experience in aviation, both management and training with over 11,000 flight hours experience.
Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in the airline industry. She is skilled in Training, Operations and Crew Management. Caroline is also responsible for managing the smooth running of all aspects of training along with compliant training records. Caroline is designated as the person responsible to the UK_CAA in respect of the functions which are subject to regulation and carried out by Aircrew Direct.com as a UK Approved Training organisation.
Former Head of training for several major UK airlines, Sam is licensed to fly B747, B757 & 767 and MD80. Sam holds an EASA Examiners qualification TRE and TRI (A) and has 35 years of experience in aviation, both in training and management, with 17,000 flight hours experience. Sam is the Founder of Aircrew Direct.com.
